It is recommended for dancers who are in 2 items or less to sit in the audience and be inspired after the performances. A ticket will need to be purchased for all children (including dancers who are performing) unless 12months or under. Children 12 months or under are permitted to sit on a parents knee for the concert.
All students will come back on stage together for a curtain call and presentations at the very end of the concert. Parents will need to bring their child back and sign them in to attend the curtain calls and presentations. Alternately, children can stay back stage. All children will be fully supervised back stage.

Joanne O'Kelly School of Dance and the Frankston Arts Centre are a Child Safe Organisation. The FAC request that any person acting in a paid or unpaid position, and having direct, unsupervised contact with children, hold a Current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
WE STILL NEED HELPERS FOR OUR SUNDAY 11th DECEMBER CONCERT!
Parent helpers will need a current working with children's check. If your working with Children's Check has expired or you have not got one. You can apply now online and at the post office.
If you can help please email Miss Jo - info@joanneokellyschoolofdance.com.au - label your email "Concert helper."
ONLY concert helpers will be permitted into the back stage area for the rehearsal on stage and the concert at the Frankston Arts Centre.
On concert day please make sure your dancer arrives to the theatre in "normal" clothes and bring the costume in its bag. After the concert performance our concert helpers will take the costume back to the studio on costume return day for you.
